I appreciate his outstanding customwr service. Also Charles, who has provided transport for me to and from my home on several occasions. Charles is friendly and profeasional and always on time. We were greeted by a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson who did not pressure us into any purchase but listened to what we were looking for and provided options from which to choose. We also met the manager and finance personnel. The entire team and experience at this dealership was worth it even if we had not purchased a vehicle.

Elizabeth Shackelford was our ONLY salesperson on this vehicle purchase and our first purchase in July (who might I add is phenomenal and even came back to assist us with this purchase on her birthday - she is top tier) and Mr Bill was our finance man who is also superb!

The sales guy was a little pushy he really convinced me to do leasing despite my reservations and I am not sure he knew what he was talking about but the finance guy was able to get me into the car as a purchase and explains some things the sales guy left out on leasing .

Service was good. Car wash and vacuuming an unexpected bonus. Wouldn't have minded a larger, more comfortable waiting room with coffee and water available.

Honda South Haven was a great place to shop for my car. The sales woman Miss Millbrooks took our time to make sure that I was satisfied with my investment. Excellent doesn’t even begin to describe her attitude as well as her readiness to help with my purchase. I give Miss Millbrooks 1000 out of 10.
Everything went well until they have to give me the car. They had to give me the car by noon, but the car was still dirty. It was supposed to be detailed but they just wash the car and even that was not done properly.
Excellent. It was finished in the time they told me or a little before the time.

Could use a larger waiting area with more standard seats versus the tall "bar" chairs. May not be filled during a week day but the Saturday morning when I went there was a large number of people getting service work done and not a lot of seating spaces.
Had such a great experience at Honda in Southaven! Chris and George were amazing, would 1000% recommend this dealership to anyone in the surrounding area looking for a new vehicle! 🤗

This was probably the most mediocre, stressful car buying experiences. We needed to look/buy a new car due to one having been totaled. This turned into almost a 4.5 hour process. This was not a fun or expected purchase and it had been a high emotional week after a wreck. I was greeted with a warm smile. The service agent Steve assistant me with a oil change and showed me to the waiting room. I was offered complimentary snacks while I waited. I was giving and estimated wait time. Once the oil change was complete Steve explain what my next steps would be according to what they found during the inspection. I am very much satisfied. Also I will come again.
