Honda Southavenβs team provide professional service at each service. This one was no different. They assessed my vehicles needs, explained them to me and allowed me determine what was reasonable to complete. When I second guessed tires after being informed during the last service that I would need them soon, I was reminded of safety. This I can appreciate. I was also provided transportation to and from work.
This was my first visit to Southaven Honda for Service. The service department Manager, Tiffany Cartwright greeted me with a smile and a hug,. Eric Castiglia greeted me with a handshake and warm welcome. Everyone made me feel so welcome, I will return again. My Service Advisor, Kevin Hendrix was awesome and provided excellent and quality service, I was well taken care of, thanks so much!!!!

I have owned a new Honda since 2010. I love how they perform on the road, in inclement weather and just cruising down the highway. Most of my service is done at the Honda dealership which usually gives me great service. I love whereβs no appointment needed for an oil change and you go to the front of the line as well which makes your wait time shorter. I love my Honda ! !
Kelli was very professional and courteous. This is my 2nd visit to the service department, where she has handled my concerns. She is in constant communication, whether via phone or text. On the 2nd visit, I informed her that text messaging would be better, due to my busy work schedule. She did as I advised. I am glad the dealership is near my home, so I wonβt have to drive out east to get my car serviced.

Drove into service bay and service technician was right there Was first oil change after purchase Took about 1 hour. Nice waiting room w TV and was checked on by people. Answered all the questions I had about some features I couldn't figure out. Good experience.
