Our experience with Southaven Honda was a good one. They were very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. They explained issues in great detail so we had a full understanding of what needed to be done. It was a bit pricey but we were well taken care of.

Went in for a tire repair which had to be approved by the warranty company. It takes a while for approval since pictures are required prior to repairs. Though it took a little over two hours before everything was complete, after repairs, Tiffany had my car washed and vacuumed! What a surprise! It really needed it since I’d been traveling on the road. The gesture was much appreciated! Great customer service!

Pulled in to have my pilot looked at and we were frustrated to say the least. Another shop across town made a failed attempt to repair the car but to no avail. We brought it there and the initial staff didn’t really want to take it in . We were upset and frustrated. I asked to speak th the GM and had little faith that he would see us but to our surprise… Mr. schibi came and sat down with us and explained some extenuating issues our car. ( we kinda knew already knew). He listened and then commuted to 1000% effort ...

After getting a recall notice from Honda about my seat belts I contacted Southaven Honda. They made an appointment for the next morning. Everything went smoothly, the staff was friendly and efficient. My car was even washed and vacuumed. A welcome bonus.
