I come to Southaven Honda on December 29 for a Oil change & oil filter change window shield Wirper change DeAndre checked my Two front Tires recommended that I need a Wheel ?? alignment needed to replace Two tires on front of my Vehicle! I can't afford replace the Two tires on 29 of December so was able purchase Two new Michelin Energy Saver SA that were on my 2023 Honda Accord Ex Platinum Pearl white With All black went I first Purchased it on May 30th of 2023!! So did a software update on Friday July 10th!!!
Came in to have recall issues addressed. During the inspection, I also chose to have the brakes and timing belt replaced. The repairs were not cheap, but they were comparable to other shops providing the same services. The staff here were all professional, and I was asked for confirmation prior to any work being done that would result in me being charged for it. I will definitely use the shop again in the future.

I have been trying to get a scratched rim repaired since June 16th, first I was given to number to wheel works to contact them myself to set up the repair. After a couple a weeks of trying and no success I contacted Honda who said they would get it set up never heard back from Honda. I am not sure if the message was clear to the mechanic. I ordered the wrong part initially and instructed the mechanic not put it on if it wasn't broken but it was replaced anyway. The part that actually was broken still needed to be purchased and I had to come back to get it put on.

Finance department has a lot of improvement needed, the lack of caring about customer interest rates has customers who do know what's fair, look at them as being unfair. BAD look for dealership.
