Steve in Honda service department was the best. I had a few problems and he addressed them and worked everything out quickly and professionally. He is a master at problem solving and his customer service skills should be modeled by others. There was also a gentleman there named AD he was kind and his compassion should be recognized. While everyone was nice they weren't being honest during the process. I was told by the salesman that his manager stated that new brakes were put on the vehicle after 2 mechanics and the used care manager stated the brakes aren't new. Asked for the inspection report where it shows that the check engine light was on but the problem was fixed but as soon as i left off the lot the check engine light came on which signifies that the issue wasn't fixed; they just turned it off. Brian Hill had great salesmanship from start to finish and exceeded expectations all the way to the sale was completed and after. I'd send anyone to him to find a package that fits them. Mr. Hill was very knowledgeable of Honda and other vehicles. He was paitent and is indeed a model salesman. He never talked down on decisions, he used factual information when speaking as a professional salesman.

When I brought my car in to have a recall fixed they were so organized from the get go. They asked if they could have my car an extra day if need be but it was ready early the next day. I was very impressed and Steve was very good!

I had a satisfying experience at Southaven Honda when i went to trade my 2024 Honda CRV with 2027 CRV. I was fortunate to get connected with the same Sales Executive, Clayton Jones, who assisted me 3 years ago with the 2024 CRV. He was very meticulous in managing the whole process and me feel very comfortable. The whole management team is also very responsive. Very satisfied experience.

Nice. Took care of my recalls promptly. A older Africa American man, probably late 60's, bout 5'2 tall, very helpful after we can our car back. The mechanic person who did the repair work got his greasy hands on our beautiful front passenger seat. This older gentleman clean it off for us. He was very nice and helpful.
