I am happy with my car purchase at Southaven Honda through Michelle Wells.I am unable to give an opinion on any of the other salespeople
The sales guy was a little pushy he really convinced me to do leasing despite my reservations and I am not sure he knew what he was talking about but the finance guy was able to get me into the car as a purchase and explains some things the sales guy left out on leasing .
My experience at Southaven Honda as great as usual. Kelli's customer service is always top tier. The service department is amazing as well.
Service was good. Car wash and vacuuming an unexpected bonus. Wouldn't have minded a larger, more comfortable waiting room with coffee and water available.
