He took great care of my Honda Accord while installing my deck lid spoiler and made the entire process smooth and professional from start to finish. DeAndra was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything was done right. The spoiler installation looks fantastic — clean, precise, and exactly how I wanted it. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but DeAndre delivered top-notch service and attention to detail. I highly recommend him and the Southaven Honda service team. Finance department has a lot of improvement needed, the lack of caring about customer interest rates has customers who do know what's fair, look at them as being unfair. BAD look for dealership.
